The Enterprise Mailbox comes with an unlimited amount of storage, and it comes bundled with Email Security and your choice of either a one-year archive or a ten-year archive.
What’s the Difference Between Exchange Mailbox vs Enterprise Mailbox?
No matter which version of the mailbox you choose, you’ll still get the same great technology. Features such as a Password AD Sync tool, the ability to ‘send on behalf of’ and increased attachment sizes all come as standard with our Exchange mailboxes. New features are added regularly, too, making it easier for you to run your business communications.
Our Enterprise Mailbox bundles everything a small business would need to get up and running in the cloud. Email Security protects you from unwanted spam and malicious messages, with 99% blocked and removed before reaching their mailbox. Plus, you receive advanced reports for blocked, filtered and deleted emails, as well as full visibility of their messages so they can locate any deleted emails. Archiving is also included as a standard, which is useful for GDPR auditing.
Outlook License is Optional
Just like our Exchange Mailboxes, the Enterprise Mailbox also offers Outlook as an optional add-on. This does increase your monthly cost per user, but it remains low enough to handle the additional cloud-based software download, too.
